open several instance of CudaText

Hello，
If I install 2 cudatext in two different path（like D:\cuda1 and D:\cuda2） and open them at same time，are they totally separated？The settings changed in one instance will not affect another one？
In such case，is there any point need to consider for avoiding some conflict？

if option "ui_one_instance" is On (per default), both copies will see the running of each other (so 2nd running copy will exit)! so turn the option Off, in both folders, and they will work separately.
