I made a black only version without transparency.
Is it smooth enough?

I see This is because I used grey pixels to make the circle smoother on the grey color theme. I could replace the grey pixels with black + 50% transparency.

I tried the scaling trick on a 200% scaled Win 10 but it has a negative side effect: The frame surrounding the icons becomes way too big. It seem that Windows scales the frame to 88 pixels when the icon theme is called XY_44x44 but the icon itself is displayed as 44x44.

I decided to call it Retro9. In addition I created an icon set for all 3 toolbars. On Windows it doesn't scale, maybe there is a solution for that.
