I think the "Tab maximal width" and "Tab minimal width" settings don't work correctly (or they work differently then I expect).
It seems that "Tab minimal width" is completely ignored, and tabs are always rendered with the width specified in "Tab maximal width".
I would expect that with a "Tab minimal width" set to 15 the tab with a short filename to be no longer then the filename, but it seems they are always as wide as the "maximum width".
Please see the attached screenshot. Even though "Untitled" is much smaller then the maximum width of 350 pixels, the editor tab is still 350 pixels wide.
Is this a bug or am I just mis-understanding those settings?
I am using V6.2.5.2380 on Windows 7
Editor-Tabs Min/Max width setting

Thanks for the answer, not really what I hoped for though.
Is there a way I can configure something like "Use only as much space as needed, but not more then xxx pixel"?
So that the tabs aren't that wide when only short file names are used.
If I reduce the MAX size, then the titles are cut-off too early. If I increase it, the tabs take away too much space.
