[cant confirm] Can't alt-tab to SynWrite in Windows 7

I am running Windows 7 in a virtual machine. I can alt-tab between all applications running in this virtual machine, with the exception of Java applications and SynWrite. While the question of Java applications may remain a mystery for the time being, can you please explain why SynWrite's window differs so radically from all other Windows applications (including skinned applications such as Word and Photoshop) as to render it un-alt-tab-able? It's really irritating.

i don't know, maybe it is Delphi 7 bug. i used old Delphi version. i cannot use new delphi version. it costs lot of $.
