Mark insert for block by vertical line and pressed ALT key

Sometimes I want to insert some text e.g. before column 10 from line 20 to 60.

They procedure to handle this operation is rather unusual in Synwrite.

Normally (in many other editors) this is achieved by pressing the ALT key and drag the cursor from the top line to the bottom line.

Can this common, normal procedure implemented in SynWrite as well?

SynWrite is frozen, I make now only CudaText. Pls try this in CudaText.
