Cannot download from SourceForge

I wanted to install the Config Toolbar plugin, but when I tried through AddonManager I received a connection error. I tried other plugins but I received the same error. I am not having network problems accessing any other web site or server. Is there a problem with the CudaText repositories on SourceForge?

No, it's some SF only problem (it works for me).
