Lag on text input on MacOS [Laz issue, partially solved]

I can not see a Mac version of the beta at http://www.uvviewsoft.com/c/ so I have downloaded 1.137.2.1 from maindownload site, and will install to test but on the current installed verion on Mac (1.137.0.0.) both the CPP and the Python files are very laggy, easily as bad as the HTML. I will test to see if the body tags issue I reported is still there with the latest version.

Will install 1.137.2.1 and re-test, and report back.

I realise this is taking up time/resource, and the problem could be specific to my machine/environment alone. Anyone else on Mac seeing this issue?

Now I know that it is the issue for all lexers (Cpp, Python, HTML), thanks.

Quick update. Tested 1.137.2.1 on two different Macs with different versions of MacOS, and HTML/CPP/Python lexers on the test files you supplied. Problem remains the same for me.

I must prepare some test bench for lazarus, and must work with lazarus devs to find the 'bad place' in macOS-code. todo.
