Why is the limit necessary for INI files in the first place?

the limit, ie option "ui_max_size_lexer", is needed so that Cud knows when to ignore _normal_ lexer for big files.
in the Cud 1.156, we have _lite_ lexer 'Ini files ^' instead of _normal_ lexer "Ini files".
so new Cud loads ALL sizes of ini files with lite lexer.
size 2.1 Mb or more.
