Convert ST4 colour scheme to CT

Is there a way to convert ST4 "Mariana" color scheme to Cuda?

together with my mate, we discussed 'how to convert ST4 themes' and 'VSCode themes'. 2 years ago. we found that it is not good - Cud has much more color items in its theme! so no automatic way exists.
