How to justify a marked block of text?

How can I justify a marked block of text to be aligned under the 77chars?

P.S. something like this would be very useful but I don't know how to justify/indent text in CudaText nor I can't find a plugin searching for "justify" or "paragraph"...

Plugin 'CudaExt'.
it gives command for this action:
'Align: Re-wrap/split lines by margin...'
OK?

CudaExt also gives about 9 'Paragraph' commands. look for them in the Command Palette.
