Addons Manager Inconsistency on Installation States

Plugins - Addons Manager - Install...

Some categories show installation state like "◄local 2019.07.15►" but others show nothing, even if an addon was installed. These categories include buildsystems, snippets, and thematic addons.

I wish Addons Manager would show installation state for all categories. Also, a config option to show only uninstalled items would help.

I installed every plugin. The Plugins menu is a lot to scroll. Maybe CudaText could allow a side panel with buttons correponding to certain plugins chosen by the user, a sort of "speed dial" panel.

the side panel is not configurable. it shows only buttons available by plugins via install.inf (e.g. FTP) or via python-code.

show 'local ....' marks for all categories? good idea, maybe try to make the patch.
it is hard to implement. hard to detect that e.g. buildsystem is installed.
