Hi,
Is this possible?
If not, is it something you would consider adding some time?
I would really find it useful to use my mouse back and forward buttons for Undo/Redo.
Thanks

this is not something I plan.

Im not sure: extra1/extra2 buttons are same as backward/forward?1.160.0 (2022/04)
+ add: mouse buttons Extra1/Extra2 are supported in the hotkey input dialog; note that you must press buttons while mouse pointer is over editor control; these mouse buttons work as equavalent to keyboard buttons BrowserBack/BrowserForward

Ok, thanks.
I tried it and the mouse button is recognised, but I can't find the Undo/Redo hotkey settings.
Where are they located?

Re: Assign Mouse Buttons to hotkeys?
- call Cmd Palette dlg
- type 'undo' and focus undo-item
- press F9 in the Cmd Plt - this will open dlg to assign hotkey for 'undo'
- press mouse extra1/2 btn to enter hotkey - it must assign BrowserBack/BrowserFwd key for 'undo'
does it help?
