Clean install opens file encoding as cp1254.
However, I cannot manually change encoding if it is auto set by CudaText for XML files.
There are no plugins and latest version clean installation.

I just fixed that-- tkx, so now even XML file with XML encoding signature can be reloaded in e.g. 1251.
note that UTF8 is special case (not any file can be reloaded in utf8).
