I cannot repro, this is the main thing to fix for me but cannot see it. give me 'steps to repeat' on clean app.

There is a session (create it if necessary) with at least one file and in that file some bookmarks.
1. launch CudaText, the session will be loaded automatically
2. insert lines (Enter) or delete lines (Ctrl+Y) above the bookmarks
3. save the file (Ctrl+S), do not close it
4. exit CudaText (Alt+F4), the session will be saved automatically
5. launch CudaText, examine the bookmarks' positions
