also make sure you tested on short lines: e.g. line "wwwww".

It seems I reproduced it (on 'w' char repeated 2200 times), then after 2 minutes again - cannot repro.

Tell if it is clear and visible to you.
the order is first Cudatext - Notepad++ - SynWrite.

for short lines seems ok like half right goes right - half left goes left. Again i must say it's not acting always the same.

Yes it looks like random or specific moves dependent. For long lines mostly.

the pattern: text is scrolled to the right.
yes I repeated it again with long line (550 chars) and text partially scrolled to right (not to the end).
amount of scrolled pixels affect it!

So it is a bug?

So far so good. I will try it more but is it ok to keep it as my main app or is it only for testing.
I mean set it up the way i want it and use-testing at the same time.
