I can't provide steps as it just 'happened' when I first used the config toolbar plugin to add a button. From the first button I added, the main toolbar icons started displaying incorrectly. But only a couple of them as detailed previously.

All I can do is supply my complete setup of CT64. But, you said you didn't want to or something like that I think. I may try a fresh setup and try again to see what happens.

yes, please install Cud to a new folder, then the plugin, then write repeat steps.
