Sweet! I just updated to the latest version and set "mouse_hotspot_delay":500. Now when I hover over image links back and forth, even if I pause for a short moment, it doesn’t trigger any unnecessary network connections, so there’s no lag. That smooth feel is back.

Just now I downloaded py3.13 to compare with other vpn tools, and after testing, I've determined that it's because of the www certificate built into the previous Python version, and I can connect directly to GitHub after updating it

did you find what file(s) must be copied from py 3.13 to default Cuda installation?

I didn't pay attention to which ones I had to copy over for this one, I just deleted the original Python files and extracted the py3.13 zip directly into the cudatext folder.
