When I go into the 64bit version download folder of SynWrite:

Then the newest version over there is pretty old (from 2012).

Is the developement of 64bit stopped?

Yes, dev of x64 version was started and stopped - all new versions were 32 bit, I dont have Delphi XE licese to make x64 version.\

CudaText 64bit works good!
