Customize menus accelerator chars?

Is it possible to customize the hotkeys in the menus; eg. in File menu, type 'N' for New File (instead of current Encoding)?
Going further, is it possible to rearrange the menus?

1. Hotkeys - yes. Use Keys list in Options dialog to see current hotkeys. Use Commands dialog (F1) to find command and assign hotkey (F9).
2. Rearange - no. You can only hide some of them. See menu: Options--Adv--Hide menu items...

In CudaText, it's all possible, via ConfigMenu plugin+ JSON config for it.

Thank you. Yes, I've done those. Sorry if I wasn't clear. What I was asking was about the letters which are underlined in the menu, eg. in File | Open, the 'O' is underlined, but 'New file' has no key underlined--I was asking whether these could be changed, eg. underline the 'N' in New?
In /Readme/, there is a file Syn.dklang which contains these things, but modifications to this file do not affect SynWrite, even after restart.

It is accelerators.
Synwrite cannot change them in EN language

Okay, thanks. CudaText can do this?

Like Synwrite, it has lang-files, and much easier to make than Synw

Good, thanks. The main one there that I liked was the Quick Search.
