plugin IP Address Helper

plugin for CudaText.
on hovering mouse over IP address (4 numbers dot-separated), plugin shows country of that IP in the statusbar. eg, "IP: United States". requires online state. on connection error, shows "IP: ?".

Plugin updated; it supports IPv6 addresses too.
