How can I upgrade but keep all the settings the way I have configured them - including themes, icon sets, etc that I've downloaded (basic settings I could just copy the settings file over - but I'm not sure what to do for the icons and the rest....)

If the only answer is to go through and copy things piece by piece, is there an "upgrade guide" that tells me all the potential things I need to look at to copy over? (I just went through the data folder comparing all the subfolders and copying over things I saw that were different).

Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated! =)
