Issue with project tree view

When selecting files in the project file list I find CudaText often opens up previously closed files or closes up folders which I want to keep expanded.
Here is an example of the first issue.

thanks. I have repeated it here, steps:
- open a file by dbl click, its tree node is at the top
- close file by X
- double click tree node fold arrow below
--> file opens again

this was fixed in Lazarus, with my help too, and here is update
