differ:2.3.13

can not compare two files if any file is opened by cudatext.
the cudatext will close the opened file(s), and dont show the results.

but if both files compared did not been opened, the cudatext will open this two files and show the result after running plugin Differ.

Thanks for your fixed version, so quickly!
It works now.
It seems it is OK when the cudatext is the older version. Maybe something changes.
anyway, it re-works now.

I made a Cud fix in api ed.cmd() so next Cud will work ok even with old Differ.
