In the latest version, how can I disable code folding?

I click 'View' and toggle code folding to not show, but when I close and open the file again the code folding is back.

It is option in user.json "gutter_fold":false, and the last state for file is not saved to history.

From next ver 1.129.1:
+ add: app saves to per-file-history visibility of gutter columns: line numbers, folding
