Hello,

I have received an SQL file today. It is about 284MB in size.

- I can open file with Notepad++. Encoding is displayed in Notepad++ is "UCS-2 LE BOM"
- I can open file with SublimeText. Encoding displayed in SublimeText is "UTF16 LE with BOM"
- I can open file with CudaText. Encoding displayed in CudaText is cp1254 (and it is forced, I cannot change that encoding) Text displayed is not readable in CudaText it is more like hex. Attached are some visual samples.

I can compress and share download link in private. Compressed size is about 13.5MB in size. Probably too big for sending in e-mail.

I know what/how to fix here. pls send the link via email.
