Great loss as it seems Cuda did not auto-save files

Greetings,
There was only one specific reason i used cuda, that it had one of the few out of tens of editors tested, automatic text save feature,
While it should be primary for all text editors, it is rare, as it prevents data loss during crashes.
When I first saw text-work recovery when I closed Cudatex I trusted it would do so when it crashed.
So I jumped right back to work and did a great deal of work on the new unsaved tabs.
when the computer freezes if overused in the browser (that is normal in my work) so I did not worry at first, but after the restart, I did not find any way to recover files anywhere.
Where should it be ?
I did not find anything there:
/usr/bin/cudatext
/usr/share/cudatext/
/usr/share/applications/cudatext.desktop
/home/luure/.config/cudatext/
/root/.config/cudatext/
Debian based linux.
Linux TeabeAmet 5.10.0-12-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.103-1 (2022-03-07) x86_64 GNU/Linux
Did not find any files " "history files.json" in the "settings" folder. "
https://wiki.freepascal.org/CudaText
https://github.com/Alexey-T/CudaText/bl ... istory.txt
Now i can not be even sure, that SublimeText (shareware) would handle the crash as well..
This one also has this nice design similar to Yours.
This would be a really great loss.
What other "out of the box" restoring-text-work option ready text editors there are, besides notapadQ, which has another strange way of recovering that I am not particularly pleased with. But at least there has newer been any loss of work.
Why such an elementary task, such as saving unsaved documents, has become such a complicated task in Linux editors by 2022, is like some kind of conspiracy (as people who need it they can not use the "press save" option, as our minds do not work well by doing tasks that are outside the needs of the present moment.)
It's been the default feature for Microsoft Word since ancient times, just to give an ironic sample.
I'd rather have trash files, data leaks, temp unsaved files on some folder, than a data loss that cannot be recovered. We work with creative things that cannot be recovered or re-done.
