Can't understand Go To Line with +

Sorry, I'm still a CudaText newbie...
I see the GoToLine function is flexible and for example you can enter "-25" to go to last line-25, or "10:4" to go to line 10:col 4... I don't understand what does it mean: with "+": select though...?
I tried 19:3+4 thinking it could be: line 19:col 3+select 4 chars, but it didn't work...

from next update: leading '+' char will be handled too.
