Is it possible to make Fullscreen sticky? So Cud always starts up in fullscreen and stays this way.
I don't need the Windows title bar at all.

currently it's not supported. even Sublime don't support it.
'maximized' state saving is supported.

No problem. Fullscreen is just a key shortcut away. I can press it every time.
