Split on Tab context menu

Synwrite has it, and it comes in very handy, being able to split right from the tab itself instead of menu or toolbar.

Btw, I really like the floating options. Very useful.

let's not make tab-context menu overloaded. e.g. Differ plugin also adds stuff there.

Guess you are right. I can always call it via Hotkey or put it on my context menu.
Synwrite is haunting me. I got so used to the Syn-way of doing things, you spoiled me.
