split tab: split vertically can't show all lines when pictures in file

When using split tabs，if pictures are included in the file， several lines at bottom of one of the tabs will be hidden(we can't see it because it below the edge of the window)
In the screenshot，we can't see line below line148 in the right tab（scroll ball can’t be moved lower），while left tab is normal.

There is an plugin "plugin.Insert_Pics" which can be find in the cudatext_addons package，It can show pictures in text.

it is valid report. thanks.
I now confirm it.
maybe it is related to the fact that InsertPics plugin
changes 'last line on top' option. but it forgets to change
option in the 2nd split-editor (on right)?
i will check it..
