CudaText: updating the graphical interface without the need to reboot

Post by jcfaria.uesc »

Hi,

When I am working with CudaText and I make changes (using CudaText itself) to the source file (*.lcf) of a Lexer (which is being changed by me), is there any possibility of not having to restart the program for the changes to be made? displayed on the interface?

The same question is when I use the "Configure Hotkeys" plugin. Changes to hotkeys are only visible in the graphical interface and become functional if I restart the program. Is there any way to avoid this?

As time goes on, it starts to reset all the time...

Best,

1. lexer. No way to apply lexer w/o restart. But better edit the .lcf lexer in SynWrite (as wiki suggests). SynWrite lexer editor is applying changes on the fly.

2. hotkeys. there is a way: use Command Palette and F9 key in it.
