multi-carets and multi-selection

Hello，
When making multi carets，we can use ctrl+click to generate several in-consistent carets or horizontal selection，and use alt+drag to make one set of consistent carets or vertical selection.
Could I add alt+click to also generate several in-consistent carets？Or add alt+drag to make several vertical selection? And then generate multi-carets/multi selection would be more convenient.
