How to show entire filename on tabs？

When there are many tabs，some title names will be omitted like figure1，is it possible to set them in several rows like figure2？

Tabs can be miltiline.
Tabs can have fixed or variable width. "Variable width" means that tabs are auto-stretched to fit the longer title.
