Users must write app options to settings/user.json.
Call dialog: Plugins/ Option Editor - it does it automatically

This is great!

It does send cudatext to full cpu usage on one core. Is that normal? (ie it's indexing all python libs installed)
Update: it seems to have calmed down.

after first indexing of libs, it uses this index, and CPU usage/load is ok.
