Cudatext is blocked from running on Windows 10

When I launch Cudatext on Windows 10, Windows Defender displays a pop-up with the "Windows Protected you PC". Windows says the publisher is unknown. On my personal PC, once I select the "Allow" option on the dialog box, Windows will start Cudatext without prompting again. On my work laptop, I do not get the Defender prompt at all as my company blocks unknown applications automatically and does not give any option to allow the apps to run.

I really like Cudatext but unable to use it for my work where it actually matters. Can this be fixed?

I looked in the web for free(!) sign certificates, and I could not find them (before they were existed for open source apps). sorry.
