Hotkeys F1 and F9

1. When we're in the SynWrite Editor and press the [F1] key we will see a picture like in the Attachment (see F1.png)
Question: Is it possible to translate it in my Language? In the File "German.lng" these words doesn't exist.

no - to both topics. Command Palette items are not translateble.
and.... SynWrite is discontinued...
