Newb question - how to install plugins

I'm new to CudaText. I want to install the 'Column Marks' plug-in.

I have the __init_py and install.inf from the add margins zip file. Where do I put these files and how do I then install the plug-in so that it shows up in CudaText?

to install any plugin from its Zip file, just open this Zip in CudaText. OK?
