How to set proxy for CudaText

Is it possible to set certain proxy for CudaText plugin？Like the .condarc file for Anaconda？

'Options / Settings-plugins / Addons Manager / Config' - allows to set proxy for addons manager.
Is it OK?

For my case, it doesn't work, I will download from website and replace the plugin.
