about copy as html

Hello,
I find a useful function "copy as html" which can paste the highlight code to email.
And If I want to edit the html code of the copied things, is there a "paste as html" function?
Also, what features can be copied as html? The markdown can be converted to html?

Currently no.
Do you know any text editor which has 'paste as HTML'?

Any syntax-highlighted text, with any lexer.

BTW, we have "Markdown Preview" plugin (in addons-manager) which does it very good.
