Plugin "Favorites" dialog increases when opened

Thank you! The window has stopped enlarging when opened.
And now it doesn’t remember the sizes, but that doesn’t interfere)

Forgot to specify OS last time: Win10x64

I disabled the feature to remember last dlg size, it was the only fix that I thinked about.
