NewDoc not saving as UTF16LEBOM

I am trying to figure out how to do this as I have only just found out Rainmeter requires this file encoding.
I have tried to copy the existing example of utf8_bom by changing it to utf16_bom, but this isn't working for me. I have tried looking at the wiki, but cannot find what I'm looking for.

What do I need to put in the setting for newdoc_encoding for CT to create a new doc in that format?

Also, sort of connected, do you know of a way to convert batches of files to UTF16LEBOM?

i tried "utf16le_bom" and it is supported already.
