Minimap color when hilited?

How can I change minimap color when the mouse is over the minimap and hilited?
Can't find it in the color scheme list...

Background color of minimap active area is dimmed by N % from original BackGnd color. there is no option for it.

sorry, i don't see the new option will be good for many ppl.
we have too much options.
