Bookmarks are updated wrongly after pasting lines

I have a WikidPad lexer.
I can't play, I'll watch.
Two bookmarks nearby, a few lines.
Insert a few lines above the first bookmark.
The upper one is in place, the second, the lower, sometimes moves up.
Sporeally, it's not clear to me when.

@mix-7 wrote in another topic that he sync'ed 2 files with the single bookmarks-config, so for one of files bookmarks-config was giving incorrect bookmarks. so this is not bug in Cud. it is issue of wrong config.
