App restores file encoding from history

your file WebParserDump.zip (30KB) has the single file WebParserDump.txt (also about 30KB), which is archive (I don't know format of archive, maybe ZIP or GZ or XZ or 7Z) of HTML page with size 560KB. I can see that HTML page in Double_Commander file manager internal viewer.
