session setting location

where is the setting related to "Restore session at start"? not True/False, but list of tabs and so on
reason to ask - switching Projects at Favorites is nightmare for me… I change a Project, and I am able to see at the same files…
(yes, I am aware of plugin Sessions, but that plugin is not integrated/cooperated with Projects/Favorites, so I am asking for CudaText pure…)
