Plugins, new user

Hello.
First of all and since I'm new to this forum, I like to thank CudaText team for theire great ans wonderfull WORK.
So I've some questions.
1. Is it possible to install manually plugins ?
2. Is there any plugin that allow to compile pascal project or programs ( plugin that, after configuring paths, compiler/library/units location will allow us to compile a simple program).

1. Yes, open .zip files and Cud will install them. Download them - "Plugins/ AddonManager/ Download all".
2. ExtTools
