bug in 1.219.1 Find/Replace dialog window

Version 1.219.1 (cudatext.exe 1.219.1, very specifically) displays a (bottom) truncated Find/Replace dialog window on my win10.

it was regression in 1.219.1.0.
fixed now. release is updated on SF.net w/o version change.
